   1 Teacher is allowed free per 25 student.

    Minimun group size for staff picnic : 30 Teachers.

    Booking is not available on Weekends or Public        Holidays.

    Transport charges are indicative only. Subject to        change due to factors beyond our control.

STUDENTS ARE TO CARRY THE FOLLOWING

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

Your reservation can be confirmed only the reciept of the letter on the school's letterhead and 50% advance, balance 50% has to be made one week before departure.

2.

Dates once confirmed cannot be changed.

3.

Payment by Cash/ DD/ Pay Order only, in favour of respective resorts in which booking is required.

1 Month in Advance      - 10% Deduction
2 Weeks in Advance      - 50% Deduction
1 Week in Advance        - 75% Deduction
Less than a Week           - 90% Deduction
